Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Hhteers Walk-In Tubs wants hhteers.buzz to work for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We're Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Short forms with clearly labeled fields
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, you can still reach a person. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@hhteers.buzz and we will do our part to help. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What's Wrong
If a page gives you trouble, let us know. Email contact@hhteers.buzz and tell us:
- Which page or feature caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share that
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep working to make it better.
