How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Hhteers Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Hhteers Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record, and photograph the problem if you can.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. But Hhteers Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@hhteers.buzz and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- When you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
